Overview
In accordance with the Oklahoma Open Meeting Law, Title 25 of the Oklahoma Statutes, Sections 301 and following as amended, the Wagoner County Free Fair Board of Directors, a governmental subdivision and public body of the State of Oklahoma, files with the County Clerk of Wagoner County, Oklahoma a schedule of "Regular" meetings for each calendar year. The Wagoner County Free Fair Board of Directors may call "Special Meetings in addition to the "Regular" scheduled meetings. All meeting announcements/agendas are filed with the Wagoner County Clerk and announcements/agendas are posted in public view at the Wagoner County Fairgrounds Exhibit Building entrance 24 hrs prior to the meeting.
