Overview
It is the role of the Excise Board to act as oversight for adequate and accurate reporting of County finances and expenditures for all budget and supplemental purposes, charged with the duty of requiring adequate provision for performance of mandatory constitutional and statutory governmental functions within the means available in accordance with 68 O.S. 3006.
In accordance with the Oklahoma Open Meeting Law, Title 25 of the Oklahoma Statutes, Sections 301 and following as amended, the Wagoner County Excise Board, a governmental subdivision and public body of the State of Oklahoma, files with the County Clerk of Wagoner County, Oklahoma, this schedule of meetings for the calendar year.
